Hello there I have a question, I have a server where I have 12 roles and one of them is the Muted role. But when I mute a person with a Bot (I am using Carl-bot) then the person can still talk in the chat.

@the-impostor Make sure your Muted role is above the member's Highest role and also under the bot's role.
Then set your permissions in the channel settings where you give @everyone Send messages then turn it off for muted. All other roles should have it in the middle (neutral) then the muting should work. Make sure you do that for every channel.
