Yes I just had an issue with setting up my play media button. it worked when i set it up the first time but now that i went back to trying it out it doesnt work anymore, ive done a clean install and nothing helps.

@turnmeupbobby you have tried a clean install of touch portal on the desktop?
It should be something that's compatible directly with windows, so its a bit odd.

yes i did a clean install where i uninstalled touch portal but it still had my presets saved. is there a different way to clean install or a way you recommend to do it. i dont know if the java firewall issue has anything to do with it as well? thanks for your time btw.
well, only thing I can think of is uninstalling the app. if you need to you could uninstall Java as well and let it re-install when you download the app again
