I followed the tutorial to set up Voicemeeter Potato. I am using Ear Trumpet. First Ear Trumpet keeps changing settings on restart for some reason. Second above the sliders it seems like every time I restart I get a bunch of apps showing up above the virtual sliders where they should not be. I have 5 Discords and 3 steam logins so far. They are set to auto open on startup like Voicemeeter. The biggest issue is that Ear Trumpet is changing the setting, mainly on Discord. Are this issues related and how do I fix it?

@dogfacemarc whattup. so one thing I want to clarify is that the way voicemeeter is able to detect the audio sources that get displayed makes it show audio sources like discord will pop-up in all the virtual inputs.. you can ignore this completely.
As far as setting up EarTrumpet goes.. you will want to make sure that you setup the discord settings within discord. EarTrumpet is only to be used on applications that dont have their own audio settings. So, in this case you will want to set the Discord inputs and outputs within the discord application and not with eatrumpet.
