It’s officially the holiday season in 2021 and you need some gift ideas for your loved ones. If you know a streamer or content creator any number of these gifts may be a perfect fit for them. Since its 2021 I figured I would make a list of 21 items worth buying.

This list isn’t necessarily a budget list of items. These are products and items a streamer NEEDS to create better content. I tried to keep all of the gifts in the $100 price range and below $200. I included a few items that are more expensive, because I truly believe they are worth the price. Some products require you to spend more in order to get good quality otherwise you lose large amounts of value and essentially makes it wasted money if you go any cheaper.

1. Elgato Wave 1 + Pop Filter
Whether you like Elgato as a company or not the Wave microphones are made really well. Elgato teamed up with the audio experts over at Lewitt Audio to create a well-designed masterpiece for a great price. Coming in right at $99 the Elgato Wave 1 will make for an amazing starter mic.

On top of it being a high-quality mic it comes packed with software well designed for streamers. The Elgato mics comes with what they call the Wave Link. The Wave Link allows you to separate audio sources on your desktop computer, so streaming audio is finely tuned. Giving streamers more control which is always a huge positive.

2. Audio-Technica AT2020
The AT2020 has been and will remain a very popular mic for content creators. What makes the AT2020 special is its natural sound for a great price. Although, it doesn’t have software like the Elgato Wave mics, it packs a punch with high quality vocal recognition.

3. AVerMedia Live Streamer CAM 513
]I typically avoid suggesting any webcams mainly because it is hard to make a webcam high in quality. However, the AVerMedia Live Streamer CAM 513 is widely known as the best webcam you can buy. This webcam’s main features are 4K video quality at 30 fps, a Wide-Angle lens, and a full 360 degree swivel. This makes it very easy to setup your stream from any direction.

4. AVerMedia Live Streamer Cap 4K
This is by far my favorite product from AVerMedia. This capture card is perfect for most applications.. Whether you need to capture your console gameplay, a gaming PC, or DSLR Camera this capture card will do the job. This capture card is small.. like insanely small.. it comes in right at 3.7 x 1.7 inches in size. I personally use this capture card when I am traveling so I can easily setup my camera. If you are looking for a quality 4K capture card on the cheap.. this is the capture card for you.

5. Neewer Desk Mount Light
From lights to cameras to computers.. streamers use A LOT of space. This LED Light w Desk Mount is a great space saver and makes for a perfect camera light. Being able to pin a camera light to your desk and angle it over the monitor helps with ease of use, and quality light angles. I personally prefer this method over a typical tripod camera/light stand.

6. Neewer 2-Pack Bi-color 660 LED Light
Studio lights on a tripod is a more typical method of lighting. If the streamer is using a DSLR camera or webcam these lights will be perfect for a well lit scene. This is a two pack so the streamer can get all their angles well lit. They are also bi-color meaning they have settings for both white and yellow light for perfectly white-balanced video image.

7. Touch Portal Premium + Tablet ($13.99 + $44.99)
I am a HUGE fan of Touch Portal. Touch Portal turns any phone or tablet into a macro deck. Most of us are familiar with the Stream Deck.. I have it listed after Touch Portal in this list. The reason I don’t list the Stream Deck first, is because I truly believe Touch Portal is a better product. Touch Portal Premium is $13.99 and all you need is a phone or tablet. I listed a Fire Tablet and a Kindle Fire Store Card as the products on this post. You can turn that Kindle into the most powerful tool a streamer has by purchasing Touch Portal Premium using the Kindle Fire Store card with the above Tablet.

Streamers can use this to create buttons on the device that will control their stream. From scene switches to channel point redemptions.. Touch Portal can do it all.

Apple Users:
$25 Apple Store Gift Card
Android Users:
$25 Google Play Store Card

8. Elgato Stream Deck (15 button)
The Elgato Stream Deck is a physical version of Touch Portal. While Touch Portal exists virtually as an app on a tablet or phone the Stream Deck is a physical device with physical buttons. Because of this the Stream Deck is high quality in ingenuity, but limited in buttons and layout. Don’t get me wrong the Stream Deck is an amazing piece of technology. It will work flawless and is hard wired in.. making it lag-less and lossless in efficiency. The biggest difference between Touch Portal and the Stream Deck is customization. Touch Portal allows you to place 110 buttons on a single page.. whereas the Stream Deck is limited to the buttons available on the device.

9. Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 32 OHM Headphones
Having high quality headphones is a must for any content creator. Headphones are what we use to listen to the audio on our stream.. With high quality headphones we will be able to adjust the audio better which in turn makes our content better. The Beyerdynamic DT headphones are studio quality and are built really well. These headphones in particular, the DT 770 Pro’s, are the cheapest of the Beyerdynamic headphones. They are 32 ohm headphones so they will work with phones, computers, and any device. If you choose to purchase a pair of these with a higher ohm rating, keep in mind they will need more power which will most likely require an interface of some sort.

10. Elgato Collapsable Green Screen
A green screen is a great gift for any creator. This green screen is great because it is collapsable. My biggest pet peeve with green screens is how obnoxious and in the way they are. When you aren’t streaming or creating you can easily collapse this green screen and move it out of the way.

11. iooHug Gaming Chair
Gaming chairs are a great gift for any gamer or streamer. I think most gaming chairs that are above $100 are fairly acceptable in quality and comfort. I listed this chair because it looks like a high quality design and has some of the best reviews on all of Amazon.

12. MXL 990 + Behringer UMC22 Interface
This combo of mic and interface is a powerful combination for quality vocal retention and natural sounding audio. This is the cheapest bundle I would suggest for XLR microphones. The MXL 990 is a great budget mic and works really well with this Behringer interface.

13. Lewitt LCT 240 Pro + Native Instruments Komplete Audio 1
This combination is a bit pricier than the previous. The Lewitt LCT 240 Pro is a studio quality condenser microphone built with a large diaphragm. This microphone will capture all the details of your voice. It requires a bit more from an interface than the MXL 990 and thats why we have paired it with the Komplete Audio 1 interface.

14. Elgato Low Profile Boom Arm
Boom Arms are a necessary tool for streamers. The Boom Arm makes it so we can put the mic in front of our mouths. This boom arm is special because of its low profile build. This is nice if you are interested in keeping the arm out of the way.

15. Canon EOS M200 4K Camera
This camera may seem a bit expensive, but its actually on the budget side of cameras for content creation. This is the cheapest DSLR Camera I would suggest for content creators. This camera will do 4K streaming and has a pretty amazing image for its price. It also has a screen that flips up, making it great for setting up for a stream. This camera in particular comes with a 15-45mm lens which is a very wide-angle lens and great for streaming.

16. Sony a5100 Camera
This Sony a5100 is a step up from the Canon EOS M200. This camera also has a 180 degree tilt display for blogging and streaming. It comes with a 16-50mm lens which is slightly narrower than the Canon camera above, but the Sony will produce a very high quality sharp image.

17. Fujifilm X-T4 4K Camera
When it comes to cameras.. there aren’t many out there that will beat the quality of a Fujifilm X-T4. This camera is a very high quality 4K camera.. can be used for film production, YouTube video creation, vlogging, streaming, or anything of the above. With the huge quality upgrade comes a huge price increase.. but, if you are willing to spend the money.. this camera is outstanding.

18. Elgato Cam Link 4K
The Elgato Cam Link 4K is a great capture card for DSLR Cameras when streaming. All you have to do is plug in the Cam Link into a USB 3 port and hook up your DSLR Camera to the Cam Link using an HDMI cable. I suggest you use the AVerMedia Live Streamer Cap 4K listed above, but this is a much easier and simpler solution.

19. Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro 4K Capture Card
If you are looking for the highest quality 4K capture card you can purchase look no further. Although, it is a bit more expensive this capture card will capture image in a high bit depth and true color retention. I personally use this Capture card with my Fujifilm camera. Keep in mind this is an internal capture card and isn’t very mobile.. has to be installed onto a PCIe slot on your PC.

20. AVerMedia Live Gamer ULTRA 4K Capture Card
If you are looking for a more portable option for a high quality 4K capture card this option is for you. Although, it won’t have as high of color retention as the Blackmagic Design capture card, it is an external card, making it more mobile and easily moved around.

21. ULANZI Camera Desk Mount
Having a good mounting system for your DSLR Camera when live-streaming is important for getting the right angle and conserving space. I like this particular Desk Mount because of the 3 swivel option and its sturdy build. This desk mount would make it easy to setup your camera and get it in the EXACT position you need for high quality streaming. It will also make it easier to change the position of your camera on the fly.
