The RealTek Drivers tend to cause conflict with Voicemeeter. We have noticed many many times over that uninstalling the RealTek Drivers can sometimes completely remove this issue. The drivers tend to assume authority on the PC and in relation with Voicemeeter this can cause a lot of conflict with the virtual stream. Removing the drivers can resolve the issue.

To remove the drivers you just need to go to you're Device Manager on Windows -> Sound, video and game controllers -> uninstall RealTek -> Restart PC

If static/ robotic issue still exists with Voicemeeter go ahead and try the other methods found in this thread.

Driver conflicts is one of the leading causes of the robotic, crackly and static sound created in voicemeeter. Sometimes it can be related to the amount of buffering time or latency the driver has to process the audio. Simply switching the audio driver for A1 over to MME could help your issue.

The A1 source on Voicemeeter sets the streaming state of all virtual sources for voicemeeter. By setting the A1 source to MME you are changing all the Virtual Sources over to match the similar format. This will usually resolve this issue.

The next step would be to change all the sources over to MME instead of WDM

Check the Sample Rates and Bit Rates

1. Go to Voicemeeter Menu -> System Settings
2. Check
Preferred Main Sample Rate
3. Try changing the
Sample Rate of sources to align with those settings
4. If issue persists, change the Sample Rate to a different Rate for all sources.
5. If issue persists, try variations of sample rates and bit rates.
